The special properties of Blackcurrant Seed oil and Balloon Vine extract in combination with Sunflower Oil Concentrate effectively reduce inflammatory processes and replenish the damaged skin barrier. Defensil®- Plus markedly relieves dry, itchy, allergy-prone skin.
Cucumber Seed Oil - Possesses a remarkable amount of phytosterols, which help skin strengthen its lipid barrier, restoring proper moisture balance, smoothing the skin’s surface and improving skin elasticity.
Arnica Extract 15%– Offers anti-inflammatory and stimulating activity. Normalizes superficial microcirculation, activates the re-absorption of cutaneous blood effusion (bruises). Effective against dark circles, improves capillary tissue quality (regeneration of the keratin fiber, regulation of the sebaceous function).
Hyaluronic Acid- Naturally found in the body, HA secures moisture, collagen, elasticity, & creates fullness. Fun Fact: scientists have found that stratum corneum (epidermis) dryness caused from prolonged sun exposure plays a very important role in wrinkle formation. It's been discovered that wrinkles & fine lines are usually also more visible in low humidity compared to high humidity environments because they further reduce the water-holding capacity and elasticity of the skin. HA can help naturally reduce signs of aging by decreasing “epidermis water loss” associated with sun exposure, skin dryness or flakiness.
