Terms of Sale

For dbts Skin Bar/Delicate Beauty Therapeutic Spa, Inc. Consumers

This Terms of Sale Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and dbts Skin Bar, LLC (“Delicate Beauty Therapeutic Spa, Inc.”) that governs your use of this e-commerce website. By utilizing this e-commerce website, User acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions stated within this Agreement. dbts Skin Bar may amend these terms of sale at any time. User’s submission of an order at this website constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale stated at the time of order. You are encouraged to review payment terms at the time of your order.

Payment terms

Payment terms can be changed without notice. The payment terms in effect when an order is received will apply to that order. You are encouraged to review payment terms at the time of your order. dbts Skin Bar may enlist the aid of third parties to assist in the collection of delinquent accounts. All reasonable costs incurred by dbts Skin Bar arising from attempts to collect delinquent accounts will be charged to User.

Shipping/Freight terms

Orders go out within 5-7 business days.  dbts Skin Bar reserves the right to charge a 20% service restocking charge on all orders not accepted for delivery.

dbts Skin Bar reserves the right to choose the freight carrier on prepaid shipments.

Damage/Shortage policy

All shipments are packed with great care. Any damages or shortages (including latent damages) must be reported by User to dbts Skin Bar, at admin@dbtsskinbar.com within 24 hours of User’s receipt of shipment.

Returns, refusals, and deductions

User must notify dbts Skin Bar of all returns, deductions, or other disputes within 10 days of receipt, this includes all professional accounts.

Products, sale and limited editions items/packages are non-refundable. Regular price items are exchangeable up to 10 days after purchase. The product must be at a minimum 90% full. Product below 90% are not permitted for any exchanges. It is the responsibility of the consumer to read in full the product description, super powers/benefits, & ingredients. Home Collection products are FINAL SALE. in the rare event a Home Collection item is damaged during transit, this damage must be within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Email admin@dbtsskinbar.com (Damaged Item in Header), picture of the item & description. A new item will be shipped at no cost to the recipient.

20% restocking fee will apply.  All exchange requests must go through: dbtsskinbar@gmail.com

Professional Purchase Policy

User purchasing for professional use purposes, acknowledges that they are a licensed professional in the Cosmetology and/or Dermatology field. Professional purchases assume all responsibility for any damages associated with dbts Skin Bar brand products. 

Professional Order Requirements

New orders require $500 minimum order. No minimum requirements after first order.  

Professional portal usage is reserved for professionals in the cosmetology, and/or Dermatology field. To gain access to Whole Sale options email: dbtsskinbar@gmail.com for Confidentiality & contract agreement.  These items must be signed before access is granted.

Professional Refund Policy

All sales are final.  Exchange requests for wrong retail items ordered must be emailed within 3 days of original order receipt. dbtsskinbar@gmail.com "Professional Exchange Request" listed as subject. 20% restocking fee + new shipping costs will apply on all exchanges. Exchange requests are not available for whole sale or distributor orders. All sales are final.

Professional Shipping/Freight terms

Orders go out within 3-5 business days for replenishment. First bulk orders 7-10 days.  Shipping time may be extended for bulk orders, ordered from our warehouse.   dbts Skin Bar reserves the right to charge a 20% service restocking charge on all orders not accepted for delivery. $45 fee for all returned checks.
